Met in person for a shipping container home but got ghosted after paying

I found this person through Facebook selling a shipping container home. We met in person at a facility in Flippin, AR and everything seemed legit at the time. The guy showed me around and it all looked real. So I paid $7,500.

But when it came time to finalize the delivery and placement of the container home they just stopped answering. No calls, no texts, nothing. I got ghosted completely. Ended up having to file a police report because I had no other choice.

While filing the report I found out about a dozen other people also got scammed by the same person. Same story. The phone number they used was (501) 703-8147 and the address they gave was 476 W Industrial Park Rd in Lead Hill, MO. The website was a Facebook link. I just want people to know this happened.
