Ordered 20 shirts and they keep sending the same email over and over

I ordered 20 shirts for $30. It was supposed to be a good deal. I paid $34.99 total.

Now I’m just stuck emailing back and forth with them. They keep sending the same email 20 or 30 times. I don’t know what else to do. The email is [email protected]. I found the ad on Facebook.

No shirts ever came. Just the same message over and over.
