Bag I bought came with a hidden membership fee I never agreed to

I bought a bag from a company I found on Facebook. They had a membership hidden in the purchase and I didn't even know about it. I got charged $34.99 every month. I told my bank what happened and declined most of the charges.

I emailed the company through their contact us link a bunch of times saying I never wanted any membership. Nobody ever answered me and the charges just kept coming. I finally just had to cancel my card and get a new one to make it stop. Lost about $69.98 total.
