Getting harassing calls every day from a fake loan place

I keep getting these robo-calls every single day from some fake financial loan company. They're harassing calls, and they're asking for personal information, even banking details. It's impossible to block them because they call from a different phone number each time. The number that shows up is (877) 578-4104, and they say they're from Wisconsin. I never signed up for anything with them. It just feels like a phishing scam to get my information.
