Ordered clothes for my brand, got fake tracking and no delivery

I ordered a bunch of clothing items for my brand from Fashri.com. The payment went through right away and they sent an order confirmation with a tracking number. The tracking link took me to a site called Track678.

They said delivery would take 7-10 days, but for almost a month there were no updates. Then the tracking suddenly said the package was delivered and even signed for. I never got anything, and nobody here signed for a package.

I contacted their customer service to say nothing arrived. They promised to resend the items and gave me a new tracking number. That’s when I found out Track678 isn’t even a real tracking website. The whole thing feels like a scam.

I’ve talked to my bank about it. They’re looking into whether I can get my money back.
