Opt-out request blocked by automated filter on background site

I tried using FastBackgroundCheck’s privacy opt-out form to get my personal profile taken down. The site has my direct contact info and home address just out there for anyone to see.

But the site rejected my removal request with some automated filter. So now my info is still public and I feel like it’s a real safety issue—stalking risk, identity theft, all of that.

I need someone there to actually look at this manually and permanently remove that specific URL from their database. This is urgent.
