Sent a deposit for a horse and then got blocked

I saw a horse listed for sale on Facebook from Valentina Williams. It was under 1500 so I thought it was a good deal. I sent a deposit of 900 dollars.

Then they started asking for 500 more for the vet. That didn't feel right so I told them to just refund my deposit. They blocked me instead. The phone number they used was (208) 274-0113 and the address they gave was 505 Winterwater Ct in Chesapeake, VA.
