Fake government website tricked me into entering my personal info
I was searching for the real US government FBAR site and this fbar.us website came up at the top of Google. I thought it was the official one. I put in all my foreign bank account details, my Social Security Number, and my contact information.
Then it sent me to a payment page. That's when I got alarmed and realized it's a scam. I didn't go any further. I checked my browser history and it doesn't even show I visited the site, which is strange. They have all my personal information now.

Got a fake FBAR website text, lost over $300
I got a text message about FBAR filing. It had a link to fbar.us. The site looked official, so I put in all my information. That included my Social Security number and foreign bank account details.
Then they charged me $327. The charge just showed up. I tried the phone number listed, (305) 791-0477, and the email, [email protected]. Nothing. No reply, no contact. The address they give is just Macon, MO.
It's a complete scam site pretending to be the real FBAR. Now they have all my personal info and my money.

Got scammed by a fake IRS website for FBAR filing
I got a message about filing an FBAR and it led me to this website, fbar.us. It looked like the official IRS site so I thought it was real. I gave them my confidential information, my bank account number and my Social Security number.
Then they just took money right out of my account. It was $327. The email for them is [email protected] and they list an address in MO, USA. This website is a complete scam impersonating the government. They accessed everything and deducted the money.

Got tricked by a fake US Treasury website asking for my info
I got a message that took me to this website, FBAR.US. It was supposed to be a US Treasury page for filing an FBAR. It looked off, but I didn't realize right away. I accidentally put in all my personal information. My identifying info, everything. I filled it all out before I finally saw it was fake. Now I don't know what they're going to do with all my details. It was a complete scam.
