Airline ticket turned into upgrade scam after purchase

I bought an airline ticket for my daughter for $63.00 from this company. The next day they called me and said there were flight restrictions no checking luggage and no carryon allowed. They said I had to pay an extra fee for luggage and an upgrade to confirm the flight.

I asked to cancel my ticket because I didnt want to pay more money to confirm the flight it felt like a scam. I told him that. So I called Delta Airline to check about my flight and everything they emailed me did not exist in Deltas system. That confirmed it was a scam.

I called them back but no one answered the phone. Fortunately I was lucky they did not take the money from my credit card because it was a new card not activated yet.
