Got a text saying my package was held and they wanted money

I got a message saying my package was held by customs. It was from Federal Delivery Services. The website is federalsdeliveryservices.com and the email is [email protected].

They said I had to pay a $150 customs clearance fee to get it released. When I asked about it, they just gave me a fake case number. They kept asking for payment over and over. I ended up paying it, and it was $150. It felt really off. Now I'm out that money and there's no package.
