Filterly app charged me eight times and won't refund the money
I got it cancelled in time, but they won't give my money back for the wrong charges. I emailed them and they said it was too late, it wasn't within two months so they couldn't reverse it. They tried to say it was a valid weekly subscription charge. But Filterly doesn't even have weekly subscriptions. A whole year is $30.99. So they were trying to charge me for a year eight times. That's $247.52.
After a lot of emails, they only offered $15.50 back, which is half of one charge. They refused to fix the rest. It's so frustrating they kept making up reasons when their own website shows the real price.
