Got a suspicious email asking for payment through Cashapp

I got an email to my business email. It was a rate confirmation and it seemed legit at first. Then they asked for $350.00 through Cashapp, Velle, or Venmo. That's when I knew it was off. The email came from [email protected] and the phone number listed was (901) 209-9408. It just didn't make sense for a real company to ask for payment like that.
