Got a warranty notice that looked real but something felt off

I got this final factory warranty notice about my vehicle and it had my personal info. The vehicle’s name and make were right and so was my address and name. It was an official looking notice with a vehicle code and told me to call them at 1(877) 939-6096.

The person on the phone had perfect english. When I asked if it was a scam they gave me lots of examples to show they were legit. Like they told me they never call you directly and only send mail. I lost $290.00.
