Called Finnair, got a third party that charged me extra and then my card got hit with fraud.

I called Finnair's customer service number. They rerouted me to some third party travel agency. This person said they would "help me" fix my date of birth on my ticket because I entered it wrong originally.

They told me I had to buy a new ticket so they could re-issue the old one with the right birthdate. Since airfares went up, they charged me $567.18 for it. They also made me send a copy of my driver's license to verify my DOB.

Then the next morning, I found six fraudulent charges on that same credit card. So not only did they charge me these bogus fees, they stole my identity. The number I got connected to was (800) 260-8820.
