Paid First Chance Auto for a car part and they kept my money

I found First Chance Auto online at FirstChanceAuto.com. I needed a car part and sent them $736 for it. The address they have is 311 W 154th St in New York, NY. The phone number is (917) 723-2141.

They never sent the part. When I tried to get my money back, they were very nasty and disrespectful. They told me I wasn't getting a refund because I made a review about them. They just scammed me out of my money and that was it.
