Got a suspicious letter about my mortgage from a PO box

I got this letter in the mail that looks like it's from First Community Credit Union. It came from a PO Box in Jacksonville, FL. It had some correct information about my home loan, which is really concerning.

The letter says to call back about "a matter of importance" regarding my mortgage. The number to call is 1-833-408-1613. The whole thing just feels off. Official bank stuff doesn't usually come from a PO box, and they're being really vague about what this important matter actually is.

It set off alarm bells for me. I didn't call the number. It seems like a phishing attempt to get personal information by pretending to be my bank.
