Secret shopper job sent me a check and asked for gift card photos

I was looking for part time jobs online and saw this secret shopper job. I filled out the application and about a week later I got an envelope in the mail, certified mail. It had a letter, some instructions, and a check inside.

The check looked real so I deposited it like they said. Then they told me to go buy 1200 dollars worth of gift cards and keep 430 for myself. After I bought them they wanted me to send pictures of the front and back of the cards and peel off the PIN number and screenshot that too. So I sent it all to them.

Now I am out 1630 dollars and nobody is answering me. The email they used was [email protected] and the phone number was (850) 303-8933.
