Ordered a Fitbit band and got nothing but fake reviews

I ordered a band for my Fitbit from this company. Their website says they are in London. But all the reviews on there are bogus, every single one positive which is just not real.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] a bunch of times. No communication back at all. Can’t find a valid phone number anywhere. I lost $35.99.

Shopify is their platform but they won’t help me with this. So I’m out the money and the product.
