Paid a fee for a loan that never came through

I got a call from a loan company, the number was 888-269-4978. They said I could get a loan if I paid a $500 fee first. So I paid it, the total was $74.98 from my account to fitme.health.

After I paid, they never sent the loan. They just kept my money. I tried calling them back but they stopped answering. It's a complete scam.
