Can't access my account or money after doing their verification
I keep getting messages saying my verification isn't done, but I already finished the whole ID process. It went through successfully. Now my account is stuck as temporarily disabled because of this.
I can't add a payment method or take my money out. I did every step they gave me. It's been really frustrating.
Could someone please check my account and fix this? I just need to know I'm verified and get back into my account so I can withdraw what I've earned.
