Ordered dentures from Flashfindus but got sent the wrong kits

I placed an order through Flashfindus.com for three sets of their miracle dentures. I used the payment plan option that went through Shopify. The money came out of my account, $0.50.

What showed up was three soft denture reline kits. That's not what I ordered at all. I was supposed to get the actual dentures. I tried to contact them using their email, [email protected], but I haven't gotten any reply back. It just doesn't make sense to send the wrong product.
