Ordered from Flawluxe, got fake tracking and no items

I placed two orders on February 4th, 2026. The site said I'd get my items in 2 to 5 days. Nothing came.

I contacted customer service. They told me it would be 7 to 14 days instead. So I waited. That deadline passed too, with nothing.

I reached out again. This time, someone with a completely different name called me. They gave me a tracking number. It's a fake link. It doesn't work. I never got my items and I'm out $48.88.
