Getting harassing loan calls from a number I don't know

I keep getting these harassing loan calls from 888-269-4978. They call me multiple times a day, and they're very aggressive and rude. I've told them to stop but they just keep calling.

I never gave them my number. I never applied for any loan with them. I think they got my information from some website, maybe from when I was trying to buy something online. I had an issue with a site called fleurvale.com and lost some money there.

They just won't leave me alone. It's really frustrating.
