Charged almost $200 extra for a knee brace I never got

I bought a knee brace from an ad for $9.99 on March 14th. I still haven't received it. Then the next day, March 15th, they took $49.99 from my account without me agreeing to it. The day after that, March 16th, they charged another $149.99. I never authorized any of this. That's over $200 in extra charges for an item I never even got. The contact email is [email protected]. This doesn't make any sense.

Bought knee braces for $20, got charged over $200 extra

I bought two knee braces from an ad, it said $9.99 each. I paid for that. Then two days later I see another charge on my account for $49.99 from them. I didn't order anything else.

Two days after *that*, they took out $149.99. So now it's over $220 total from my account for two knee braces that were supposed to be twenty bucks. I tried emailing the support address they use, [email protected], but I got nothing back. The whole thing was through an Instagram ad. This doesn't make any sense.
