Ordered knee straps, got a huge unauthorized charge instead

I bought two patellar straps from a Facebook ad on March 14th. It was a one-time order for $19.98, and it was supposed to come the next day. The bank receipt said SP 10flexwrapco.

When it didn't show up, I went to their website, FlexWrapCo.com. I saw my order hadn't even left overseas yet. Then I saw a charge on my account for $149.99 from March 16th. It was set up as a recurring transaction and I never agreed to that. So now I'm out $169.97 total.

I emailed [email protected] a bunch of times. I called the number (580) 668-0020. I used the website contact form asking for a refund and to delete my info. They told me they'd get back to me in 48 hours. Then they just disappeared. The website is gone, the phone is dead, and their emails don't work anymore.

Charged for a subscription I never signed up for

I ordered knee straps from FlexWrapCo for a sale price of $9.99. On the order site, there was no information about any subscription. Then a few days later, I was charged $49.99. Two days after that, another $149.99 came out of my account for a subscription I did not enroll in.

I’ve contacted them several times about this. I was told I would get a full refund, but I still haven’t received it. I read reviews on TrustPilot and there are multiple people being scammed the same way by this company. It’s false advertisement.
