Tried to fix my license for 13 years now

I’ve been trying to get them for 13 years now. This is about my driver’s license. The website says it’s the Florida DMV.

I paid $300 to this site. I thought it was the real thing. The email they gave me was [email protected]. That should have been a red flag I guess.

The address they had was just FL, USA. No real street or anything. I never got my license fixed. I’m still stuck with the same problem I had 13 years ago.
