Ordered something online and my bank account was drafted without my okay

I found this site Flickriddlz.site and ordered something from them. Next thing I know my bank account got drafted for $55.99. I never gave them permission for that. I didn't even get what I ordered.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] but nobody wrote back. The phone number they had was (336) 977-0761 and I called it a few times. No answer. Just rang and rang.

So now I'm out the money and have nothing to show for it. This was an online purchase that just went wrong. I don't know what else to do.
