Bought a ticket on Flyofast but no refund after canceling

I bought a ticket for my brother Gurjant Singh on December 5 from Edmonton to Delhi on the Flyofast website. They were not providing me the ticket so I decided to cancel it. But I still did not get my money back from them yet.

I lost 832.88 dollars. Their phone number is (440) 568-0802 and their website is www.flyofast.com. Their address is 850 Northvine street, Fostoria, OH 44830. Also their email is [email protected].

I want to open a case against them because of this. I am going to upload the invoice of the ticket below.
