Got a text from someone named Eddie about a mortgage rate reduction

I got a text from a number I don't know. The person said his name was Eddie and he was from "FNMA Specialist UWM Partner." He said I was eligible for a rate reduction through something called FHA SL and asked what my current rate was so he could price it.

Then he sent another text saying I would love how it works out and that they had great news. He said they wouldn't waste my time or theirs and asked if I had five minutes. The number was 1(248) 617-0926.

I never contacted this company or person. I don't know how they got my number or my information about having a mortgage. It felt off, so I didn't reply.
