Ordered from Instagram ad and still getting fake tracking emails months later

I saw their ad on Instagram back in February 2026 and ordered something. It’s now May 2026 and I still keep getting emails from their support saying they can’t give me a refund but they sent another item instead.

They give me a fake tracking number. It eventually says the package arrived but nothing ever shows up. I lost 32 dollars. They need to be shut down.
