Ordered online and they said it was delivered but it was not

I ordered something from this company and they told me my package was delivered but it wasn't. Then they said they resent it and that one was supposedly delivered too but I never got anything. When I asked for a refund they only wanted to give me half my money back because they said they would be losing money. I told them I wanted a full refund and they said they would do it but they never did. I lost $42.44.
