Getting calls and texts about an account I never opened

I started getting calls saying they had an account under my name and Social Security number. They told me I could call back or log into their site, and they sent a text, too. I’m upset that I actually clicked the link and went to the site. I even entered the last four digits of my SSN because I wanted to see what account they were talking about.

The site showed something called Plain Green Loans LLC. I have never done any business with them, ever. They called back again today and asked me to verify my date of birth. I said no. Then they just said okay, we’ll note that you won’t provide information and we can’t give you any details. The whole thing feels off.
