Ordered a shirt, got the wrong color and a runaround on a refund

I ordered a shirt from ForestFieldFashion.com. It showed up from China, not the USA, and it was the wrong color. Just cheap garbage. I asked for a return. They emailed me from [email protected] and said I could keep the shirt for a 50% refund. I said no way.

Then they sent a different email with a North Carolina address to return it, saying they'd take a 15% restocking fee. I sent them their own policy back that clearly says NO RESTOCKING FEE. I mailed the shirt back last week.

Now I just got a text alert from my credit card company. This company tried to charge my card another $39.99 and it got denied. I'm still waiting for my $47.99 back for the shirt I returned.
