Got an unsolicited meal delivery and a $104 charge

I got a delivery from Forkful Meals that was just addressed to my first name. I've never heard of this company and I know I didn't order anything from them. My husband and I checked our credit cards, and sure enough, his card was charged $104. So it was his card that got billed, but the package only had my first name on it.

I've tried calling and emailing the company multiple times. I want to know how they even got my information, and I want them to delete it. But they haven't responded at all. No reply, nothing. It just doesn't make sense.
