Got an official-looking letter about a home warranty I never bought.

I got this letter in the mail marked "Official Business." It's called FORM 9550-WARR and it's dated 2/21/2026. It's all about my "home warranty" that's supposedly secured by the bank I have my mortgage with.

The thing is, I don't have a home warranty. The letter said I needed to call by March 4th to make sure my "Home Warranty" hasn't "expired." What really bothers me is they knew I have a mortgage with that specific bank. I'm not sure how easy that information is to get. I checked all my credit reports and didn't see any weird inquiries, but it still feels off.
