Paid for a puppy and now they keep asking for more money

I bought a puppy and they said it had to go to a quarantine area at Forwardway Express before shipment. First they hit me up for $500 for the crate to move her. Then they said the smaller crate wasn’t available so it went up to $999. Now they keep calling me asking for another thousand dollars saying it’s insurance on the puppy. Nobody told me about that before. It just keeps coming little by little and I have to say enough is enough. I can’t pay another thousand and still not see a puppy. The picture they sent of her in the crate—the crate looks exactly like the one they showed me before, same position, same background, everything the same except now she’s in it.
