Getting constant loan offer calls from a number that won't stop

I keep getting these harassing calls about a loan from 888-269-4978. It's every single day, multiple times a day. It's always a recorded message pushing some loan offer. I never gave this Fox network group my number or asked them for anything.

I've told them to stop calling me, but it doesn't matter. I blocked that number, and then they just called me from a different one. It's really frustrating and it just feels like harassment. I never signed up for this.
