No way to contact them after they charged my account

They took $29.95 from my account and I have no way to get a hold of anyone about it. The website is frillyflair.com and the phone number is (888) 346-7670 but nobody picks up. The address they gave is 770 S. Mill Pond Rd. Suite 6 in Lehi, UT.

I didn’t sign up for anything that should have cost me money. It just showed up as a charge on my statement and now I can’t find any way to follow up or talk to a real person. Feels like a total waste.
