Ordered an e-bike from gaddeur.com and they took my money plus an extra $70

I saw an e-bike offered for a low price on the website gaddeur.com. I placed an order and paid for it. Nothing ever came. Not only did they take the money for the bike, but they also took an extra $70 from me. The site says it's based in CA, USA. They are thieves and fraudsters. I lost $120 total.
