Tried to exchange GameStop gift card for cash but they took the money

I wanted to exchange my GameStop gift card for cash. I gave them all my information for my gift card but never heard back from them. I started this in March of 2026.

I recently went to GameStop and checked my balance and see they took the money off without giving the promised payment. I lost $75.00. They just took it and never paid me.
