Bought Easter keychains and never got them, tracking info changed

I bought some Easter Bunny keychains on March 13, 2026. I got one email with tracking saying it left Palencia, Spain 34003 and was in Victoria Spain 01010. Then after a few more emails they said it was in Knoxville, TN in the US on 4/11/26.

Well it's now 5/20/26 and I still don't have the package. I emailed them multiple times and they just kept giving me the same tracking info that never changed. Then the last email they sent me had completely different tracking numbers. This whole thing feels like a scam.
