Ordered a bag online and never got it, no phone number to call

I saw an ad on Instagram for a crossbody bag. I kept seeing it and finally decided to buy it. I used a debit gift card that only had $36.57 on it. They told me the total was $21.67, but right after I gave the card number, they added $8.00 in tax to an item that was on sale for $19.99.

They kept sending me fake shipping updates and tracking info. It's been a whole month now. The only way to talk to them is by email, there's no phone number to call. I never got the bag.
