Ordered a Coke tumbler and got a robe instead

I ordered a Coca-Cola tumbler from Gearcozy.com on February 9th. I still haven't gotten it. They kept emailing me saying it was in the mail and they would resend it. Then on April 15th they sent me a robe instead. I yelled at them for that. They said they would resend my Coke tumbler ASAP and I still have nothing. Now they won't even reply to my last email asking for a tracker.

I took a chance and I guess I got scammed. If you could report them or talk to them, do whatever it is you do, I would really appreciate it. They have a lot of other stuff on their website, lots of Coca-Cola items, so I'm guessing other people have been scammed too.
