Paid for an Audi manual from Gearupzone and never got it

I bought a manual for my Audi Q7 from Gearupzone.com on March 9th. It cost me almost $60. The next day I got an email saying it was being delivered. Then on the 18th I got another email saying my order wasn't moving and they were looking into it. They said they'd place another order in 2-3 days.

I emailed customer service on March 22nd because nobody got back to me. I emailed again on April 3rd and told them I was going to file a complaint and go to my bank to reverse the charge. I never got the manual. I can't even find an address or a location for this company. They shouldn't be allowed to sell things online.
