Got a weird cancellation number on my receipt from GeekSquads

I was looking at my calendar receipt and it had this weird note on it. The receipt ID was 921-PEIP-AJP for something called GeekSquads Product Order Total Guard Shield Membership. On the receipt it said for cancellation call 1-808-221-3294 and ask for billing manager Katherine Hola.

That just felt off to me. I never signed up for any membership like that. I don't know why that number and that note would be on my receipt. I didn't call it because it seemed strange. I just wanted to put this out there so other people know.
