Ordered reading glasses, can't see through them, company won't take them back

My husband ordered two pairs of reading glasses from Gekko Gifts. He got them, but says he can't see out of them very well at all. So we tried to return them.

When we tried to return the glasses, they hit us with a bunch of questions like they had no record of the order. Then in their own emails they mentioned our order number, but said they couldn't find it! They asked for our address, name, all over again. It was clear they weren't interested in taking the items back.

They finally just offered us 30% of what we paid back. We paid over $80. I don't want this to happen to someone else.
