Ordered Gelatide, doctor said not to use it, they won't give a refund
I bought three bottles of Gelatide and I did get the product. Right away I wrote to them because my doctor doesn't want me using it. I asked for my money back. The product wasn't opened and it was still in the original box.
They advertise a full refund within 90 days if you don't like it. They claim it's made in the USA and shipped from the USA. But then I got an email saying I'd have to pay over $60 in international fees to send it back. They told me I could just keep the product and donate it, and they would give me back $11.83.
I told them that was unacceptable. I haven't heard back from them since. This is a scam.

Paid for Gelatide from a Dr. Oz ad, then they called demanding more money
I saw Gelatide being pushed by Dr. Oz, so I paid for it using my HSA card. The total was $300. The product is just sugar water, it doesn't do anything.
After they sent it, someone called me at my home. They said I needed to pay another $3,000 to send a different product to "activate" the first one. This all came from a website on Instagram, based out of Lakeland, FL. It feels like a complete scam.

Ordered a product called Gelatide and it seems fake
I got a message on Facebook about this product Gelatide. It was supposed to have green tea extract in it. I paid $207 for it.
When it arrived, the product list of ingredients was barely readable. The stuff that’s supposed to be in it, like the green tea, isn’t even listed on there. It just seems completely counterfeit. I tried the email they gave, [email protected], and the phone number (507) 448-8190, but nothing. No reply. The whole thing feels off.
