Ordered a product from a Facebook ad, now they won't respond for a refund.

I saw this product on Facebook and ordered it from gelatide.com. The policy said I had 60 days to return it. I used it for about 30 days and then decided I wanted a refund, so I emailed them.

They just stopped answering my emails. My 60-day window ended on February 27th. I paid $298.85 and now I can't get a reply from them at all. The contact email is [email protected] and their address is listed in Florida, but it feels like a dead end.
