Paid almost $500 for a scam with a fake money-back guarantee

I fell for a scam and bought something from gelatiinesculpt.com. Their site had a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, so I thought it was safe. I paid $492.

When I asked for my refund, they just send the same AI-generated email over and over. It offers me 5% back and refuses to give me a shipping address to return the item. I can't even send it back. I've been getting this same copied email for over two months now. The phone number 1(925) 231-0148 and the email [email protected] are no help. They just ignore a real refund request. The guarantee was a complete lie.
