Bought a product that doesn't work and they won't answer the phone

I ordered this product and it was supposed to do what it said. It doesn't work at all. They claimed there was a 60 day money back guarantee so I figured no risk.

When I tried to email customer service it just bounced back undeliverable. So I started calling the number on the packing slip. (970) 463-7730. No matter what time of day I call, I get a recorded message saying you have called outside of normal business hours. Then it says leave your name, order number, phone number and email and they will get back with you.

They never call back. I left a few messages. Nothing. So I'm out 317 dollars and some change. The address they have is 19855 E 35th Dr Ste 100 in Englewood, CO but I don't know if that's even real.
